Richman is an upscale neighborhood in the city of Los Santos, California.
History[]
In 1939, James F. Richman was commissioned by the city of Los Santos to develop a Mediterranean revival style community north of the Rodeo and Vinewood areas. The area was originally built for housing for celebrities, and many of the homes exceeded 5,000 square feet.
Until the 1960s, Richman was a highly exclusive and costly neighborhood. However, white flight sparked suburban development throughout the neighborhood as well as adjacent Mulholland.
Today, Richman is statistically the most expensive neighborhood in the City of Los Santos.
